Universal Urethane manufactures urethane and polyurethane sheets in any custom or standard size. We have three hot tables enabling us to make any size or shape of open cast sheet. We also can produce precision thickness urethane and polyurethane sheets of any size, shape or durometer. Urethane and polyurethane sheets are available with fabric backing, metal backing, expanded metal backing, and dual durometer urethanes.
Our standard cast urethane is abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and can be custom made for specific applications. Standard color is red other colors are available upon request.
UUP's standard cast urethane sheets meet the highest industry specifications for thickness and durometer, making them perfect for even the most severe applications. We keep a large stock of standard cast urethane sheets, so you can receive fast delivery. Standard cast urethane sheets can be produced in custom sizes to eliminate waste from drop-offs. For large sheet applications, we provide custom seamed sheets.

TDI and MDI Chemical structure both are available. We can formulate our urethane for your specific application. Broad hardness ranging from 10 shore A to 95 shore D.Red is the standard and other colors are available upon request. Urethane is abrasion and cut resistant. Urethane is chemical and oil resistant. Urethane is machineable and resilient.Urethane has a lower tooling cost, has a high load bearing capacity and has elastic memory. |
