Universal Urethane has been a leading supplier of fiberglass chopping cots worldwide.  We have a wide variety of tooling to produce cots of all sizes.  Cots can come in sleeve form with fiberglass reinforcements and with splines molded to the inside of the cot for gripping.  We also bond many cots directly to the chopping hub.

Universal Urethane has developed a urethane covered blade hub to replace solid steel blade rolls.  We cover your hub with extremely hard and durable urethane, then cut the slots to your specified chopping width.  The benefits of urethane covered blade rolls are cost, noise reduction, and impact wear on blades and cots.
