Our Story
From a 1973 Startup to a National Manufacturer
Universal Urethane Products began with a simple belief: polyurethane could solve problems traditional materials couldn't. In our early years, we produced custom cast components for nearby industrial operations, quickly building a reputation for durability and precision.
As customer needs grew, so did our capabilities—first into rollers, then engineered components, large-format sheets, bonded assemblies, high-load impact products, and later specialty snow-plow edges. Through continuous investment in material science, tooling, automation, and in-house engineering, UUP has evolved into one of America's most capable polyurethane manufacturers—handling everything from small custom runs to high-volume production at scale.

From concept to completion, all jobs are managed and manufactured in our facility by our staff. Our Manufacturing Footprint
UUP operates a large, fully integrated U.S. polyurethane manufacturing facility built for high-output production, custom engineering, and rapid iteration. Our current facilities and world headquarters are housed in a 70,000 square foot complex conveniently located to major thoroughfares in Ohio. Nearly 75 employees strong, we offer unsurpassed expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.
